Jiří’s lifelong mission is to connect people and their gifting for the sake of God’s kingdom. Since 2012, he has been leading M4 in the Czech Republic, where nearly 50 teams have been supported on the adventurous journey of church planting. He currently leads the M4 Plus project in addition to the M4 Europe Board of Directors, and is part of a dynamically growing congregation of the Church of the Brethren in Prague, which recently started a new congregation as part of M4 Team Process.

Jiri also serves as the General Secretary of the Evangelical Alliance in the Czech Republic and is former president of the European Evangelical Alliance. He has a long history as a coach in the field of church planting, church revitalization and leadership.

He and his wife Michaela live in Prague and have 4 sons – Jonah, Simon, Christopher and Tobias.
