Andrew is a seasoned executive and servant leader with more than 25 years of experience leading global sales, commercial strategy, and organizational growth. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Ocrolus, he has held senior leadership positions in several international companies, including automotiveMastermind, VTS, The Rainmaker Group, and Oracle.

Throughout his career, Andrew has been recognized for building high-performing teams, developing transformative business strategies, and cultivating a culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration. Colleagues describe him as a leader who invests deeply in people - inspiring others to reach their full potential both professionally and personally.

Beyond the corporate world, Andrew has a strong heart for service and mission. Through his long-term involvement with The 410 Bridge, he has led and participated in projects in Kenya focused on clean water, medical access, and community development. He has also served with North Point Church, contributing to initiatives that equip children and youth for life and leadership.

Andrew holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. He lives in the United States and brings to the M4 Advisory Board his strategic insight, leadership experience, and passion for advancing God’s Kingdom through people and purpose-driven work.
