Vlad is an active member of M4 Ukraine, where he plays a key role as the administrator of the national team, ensuring the effective organisation of the team's work. His first Christian training took place as part of M4 Team Process, after which he joined the M4 team and has since been actively involved in team development, participant support, and the implementation of the organisation's strategic initiatives.

Vlad combines his professional activities with family life: He is married and raising two children, demonstrating his ability to balance responsible work with family responsibilities. He also actively serves in the church community as a deacon, supporting the spiritual and social development of the community by organising educational and social events.

As the head of the non-governmental organisation City Center for Initiatives, Vlad implements programs for youth, military families, and veterans, creating support, educational opportunities, and social projects aimed at community development.

Combining administration, assessment, and active community and church activities, Vlad demonstrates a high level of organisation, responsibility, and leadership qualities. His contribution to the work of M4, team development, and the community is significant and inspires others to serve and work together.
